The Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for lading the successful delivery of multiple industrial projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, execution, commissioning and client handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing industrial projects from award through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control
• Developing project schedules and monitoring progress
• Identifying and mitigating project risks
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Managing procurement and subcontractor performance
• Providing regular project reporting and stakeholder updates
• Supporting commissioning and final project delivery

About You

You are a practical, solutions-focused Project Manager who understands the realities of delivering projects in industrial environments.

You may have started your career as a tradesperson and progressed into project management, or already have proven experience delivering industrial projects and are looking for a business where you can make a genuine contribution.

To be successful, you will ideally bring:

• A trade qualification or formal qualifications in a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience managing industrial or construction projects
• Strong commercial and financial management skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site-based workforces
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
